ART Polymedia company was the official Forum video equipment supplier. We have equipped 19 areas – Plenary Meeting room, 16 conference rooms, press room and 3 exhibition booths

Plenary room for 2000 persons became the main Forum area.

As part of the implemented solution for information visualization, sixteen Full HD projectors with brightness 18-20 thousand ANSI Lm were installed by our engineers in this pavilion. With their help the panoramic image was formed on the surfaces of various geometric shapes with total area of 400 square meters. To output video signals to the projectors we used the fibre-optic cables, which also were duplicated with the spare lines in case of any breaks.

We have installed high resolution LED mesh screen POLYLED P12 with pixel pitch 12 mm, covered with the backlit banner to soften pixelization while shooting, in the decorations behind the speakers . It was made to save the dynamic backgroung behind the speakers, which can stand in the moving heads and projectors light.

For the speakers on stage were also installed plasma panels on the tilt floor stand for comfortable viewing of information.

To work with high resolution screen, create and control in real-time several scalable windows, mount and title video, playback presentations and digital 4k videos located on the external devices, we have equipped the control desk with Vista Spyder X20 video processor, Catalyst media server and Panasonic AG-HMX100 video mixer.

Sixteen conference rooms were equipped with projectors Mitsubishi UD8400U 6 500 ANSI Lm. and Extron ISS 506 mixers video mixers. Plasma panels for speakers were installed on tilt floor stands in front of the stage for comfortable viewing of the information displayed on the screens. Entrance of each conference room was equipped with Full HD LCD display 47" to output the room's agenda.

We have installed two seamless video walls based on 46-inch LCD displays Mitsubishi on the stage in the press room for broadcasting from the Plenary room and presentations demonstration.

All events at every venue were broadcast live in the Local Area Network (LAN), to plasma panels and on the Internet.
